Premal Shah is the founder of FCL Search and has led on a range of senior-level search mandates for leading domestic and global law firms, accounting/consulting firms, corporate houses, financial institutions, and fund houses. On the consulting front, he has worked alongside senior/managing partners and his advice covers matters such as team acquisitions, mergers, combinations, alliances, new offices, partnership structuring, peer reviews, overall firm strategy and its implementation including business planning, and the positioning of law firms in their market.

Having experience as a lawyer and a finance professional, his ability to connect with candidates and comprehend client requirements is exceptional. He is also the founder of AFCL - a boutique firm he established to train transactional lawyers and commercial litigators in areas such as financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and taxation. Premal is a competitive sailor and road trips enthusiast. He also loves his daily dose of Hatha Yoga.

As a Partner, Raghu brings with him over two decades of experience in management consulting, valuation, and financial training. He plays a key role in FCL Search's consulting mandates, particularly those relating to partnership structuring, profit margin analysis, financial due diligence and deal structuring in mergers, acquisitions, and combinations. He is also the lead trainer for AFCL's financial training modules for transactional lawyers and commercial litigators.

He works closely with some of India's leading corporate houses including the Tatas, the GMR Group, HDFC bank, and business Groups in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for whom he conducts audits, valuation, due diligence, analytics, and various other consulting assignments. Raghu Iyer is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1984. He secured the 4th rank in his Final CA examination (All India) and the 3rd rank in his Inter CA examination (All India).

Swagata M Bhattacharya comes with almost two decades of experience in training management, operations, organizational development, and community building both in India and international markets. She has rich experience in campaign coordination, and content writing, and is a skilled graphic illustrator and brand designer.

She has handled training for soft skills, language, behavior, and information technology for individuals, corporate, lawyers, and IT professionals in the past. Swagata volunteers her free time working for a charity based in Delhi, which takes care of the childhood needs of slum kids.
